I work a McJob with the state of Florida driving around and training agencies how to securely, effectively, and timely communicate through criminal justice information systems. Oh, and I am also a licensed massage therapist for many years. Can you sense my dichotomy? I will try continue practicing yoga, self-care, and striving for a balance between the Sandra of hectic McJob, and the other Sandra of health, hydration, nutrition, and rest. Everything was perfect, starting with the beautiful, perfect weather, to the perfect beach house, your attention to every detail to make sure we all felt pampered was so nice. The food and drinks were so delicious and healthy. Loved the health talk, and of course Eva's meditation and yoga was a wonderful start! I loved my massage too! Loved meeting the other girls and hearing their story. I loved the beach walk and how close the house is, and what a nice quiet location - and beautiful. Everything flowed so well and we never felt rushed to do anything. There was so much to enjoy, it just all worked together for a rich, getaway experience although just a few hours, I felt rejuvenated and refreshed as if I had been away all weekend!
