When I had a question about the poilcies he was thorough in explaining the difference, and helping me find the right policy. Most other companies were coming back with best rates from Florida peninsula (who I was hesitant to go with). Tanner provided me 3 quotes, with the lowest being tower hill. I reported this back to my mortgage company who informed me tower hill is one of the better insurance companies in Florida. Not only was I getting a more solid insurance provider, but it was coming in at a cheaper cost. Not only did Tanner fight to get me the best rate, he also found me a great insurance company. Had Tanner not been the cheapest, I probably still would have chosen to do business with him due to the level of service he provided. I signed up on my new policy today. Thanks again Tanner for making this process go smooth, and being patient in working with me as I know I asked a lot of questions. I highly recommend speaking to Tanner if you are in need of coverage, he has been a pleasure to deal with, I also referred my realtor to him and she will now bring her client his way. I have been using this agency for over two years now for my auto insurance and I have to say, it is by far the best company I have ever been with. The staff there is unbelievably phenomenal, not to mention they were able to find me the best rate’s and packages than anyone else could! Aaron has gone above and beyond his normal tasks just to insure that I was completely satisfied in every way possible. My schedule is very tight which makes things very difficult when needing to file a claim due to an accident. Aaron would accommodate me in every way to make sure everything I needed on my behalf was done exactly right; even outside of his normal working hours. I am currently going through unfortunately a second accident and I have to say that I feel 100% at peace knowing I will be very well taken care of. I would HIGHLY recommended anyone to this agency! To whom it make concern: I am President of a 4 story condominium association in Clearwater. With the arrival of a new Board, we decided to get quotes from other sources. Northeast Underwriters immediately discovered our building was erroneously classified and for years we were paying a much high premium because of this mistake. Perhaps even more impressive was the time they were willing to spend with us personally. They came to our complex numerous times and attended some of our Board meetings so our people could meet and question them. Every year at renewal, we would call Tony Frese, and tell him that this was definitely the year that we would be canceling our health insurance coverage, once and for all. Every year, Tony would work with us, adjusting deductibles and premiums until he was able to tailor a plan with benefits that we could afford. This past year, I was rushed to the hospital and needed emergency surgery. My doctor informed me later that I would have died without that surgery. We all know health insurance is important but I want to say a big “Thank You” for a concerned and interested agent at Northeast Underwriters, who helped me figure out how to afford the coverage, and literally saved my life.
