Starting in 1974, President Robert L. McMillan, Sr., a licensed water well and pump installation contractor (License #1870), began personally drilling water wells and installing pumps in the North Central Florida region. Robert L. McMillan, Jr., (License #2669), joined the company full-time in 2005 following his graduation from the University of Florida with a degree in Environmental Regulations. To this day North Florida Water Systems is family owned and operated and are excited to continue to provide expert installation and services for years to come.
