Firm Overview Established in 1995, Norm D. Fugate, P.A. was founded by attorney Norm D. Fugate in his hometown of Williston, Florida. After a 15 year career in banking, in 1992 Fugate returned to his Alma Mater, the University of Florida, to obtain/pursue his law degree. Upon graduation from law school, there was no question for Fugate, he would choose to establish his practice in Levy County, Florida where his family has roots dating back six generations. Fugate was joined in his practice in 2009 by attorney Jolie J. Davis of Cedar Key. In 2012 Woodroe “Blake” Fugate joined his father’s firm, having returned to law school after a career in banking. The practice was built upon Fugate’s belief of a straight forward, no-nonsense approach to the practice of law and professional, honest, yet zealous representation of his clients. Today, the attorneys of the practice still honor this time proven model in the representation of firm clients. Today the firm is well situated to serve the various legal needs of the area. With a strong sense of giving back to the communities we serve, firm attorneys and employees are actively involved in various community activities.
