Formed in 2006, our staff brings a wealth of industry expertise and knowledge of residential and commercial losses. Nomad Adjusting, LLC was created by experienced professionals who are proficient in property and casualty adjustments, appraisals, and underwriting inspections. Our adjusters are well trained in these areas as well as, but not exclusive to: business interruption, casualty, fire, flood, foundation/slab, hail, hurricane, ice dams/weight of ice, lightning, mold, plumbing, sewer/drain backup, theft, tornado, water, and wind. We understand the ups and downs, the advantages and disadvantages of each aspect of our field and understand the need for superior customer service and the maintenance of quality files. Immediately following, he began his adjusting career at State Farm Insurance. After working through the ranks on the auto and property sides over the course of 10 years, he became an independent adjuster with an emphasis primarily in handling total loss claims. In 2005, Mr. Molony accepted a job with Catastrophe Operations at CITIZENS Property Insurance Corporation in Florida. One of his proudest accomplishments included helping to reduce the DFS complaint ratio from 10% in 2004 to 1.3% in 2005. Additionally, he worked with the IT Department to construct CTS, CITIZENS’ Claims Tracking System. In 2006, Tim Molony began Nomad Adjusting, LLC. His knowledge and experience in claims operations make him an excellent consultant and liaison who can assist our clients in both daily and catastrophe claims administration. He began his insurance career in 1999 with State Farm Insurance. He held several positions before transitioning to an independent adjuster in 2005 and assigned to CITIZENS Property Insurance Corporation, where he served as a Team Lead Supervisor and Appraisal Examiner. He was hired by CITIZENS in 2007. His largest accomplishments include developing standardized claim practices, co-writing the CITIZENS Claims Guide, and helping to create a catastrophe orientation training package. In 2008 Nomad hired Mr. Ross as Claims Manager. He helps train adjusters to produce quality claims files that will fully satisfy our clients’ requirements. He also markets Nomad nationwide sharing his expertise with potential clients in an effort to secure additional contracts and maintain existing ones. Ashley Molony managed a family-owned small business in the Interior Design field for over five years. She was groomed to own this successful hometown establishment that has been around for over 30 years. She handled all aspects of the business, from hiring to purchasing to payroll to customer service. She compiled all monthly and quarterly Federal and State returns for the business. She was a member of her area Rotary Club and participated in many fundraising efforts in her community. In 2003, she decided to switch gears and focus her attentions to the insurance industry. Mrs. Molony accepted a job as Office Manager/Human Resources Manager for Nomad Adjusting, LLC. She is the Secretary/Treasurer of the LLC. She has been overseeing daily office operations for over ten years and is extremely meticulous at her job. Mrs. Molony provides conscientious professionalism to Nomad’s office, insisting on timely payments to our adjusters and responsible reimbursements to our clients when warranted.
