MISSION STATEMENT The Nolan Carroll Foundation’s mission is to support Science Technology Engineering and Math educational opportunities, job skill training and to promote and encourage physical activities for underprivileged and at-risk youths. The Foundation will carefully select educational and physical activity programs that it can support financially and will consider the grant program a partnership with these organizations. With this mission, the Foundation will broaden the horizons and increase opportunities for underprivileged and at-risk youths for them to break the cycle of poverty, achieve their greatness and help improve their quality of life.
