Mission Statement~ NOC & SOC INITIATIVES goal is to provide technical advisement to companies for a best approach to their operation centers enabling them to exceed the standards and deliver premium service to their end customers. We’ve personally lived it at all levels and can attest to the best perception, concept, and approach from each level and how to make the company thrive and those involved feel engaged and appreciated. My name is Dwight – I am the owner and an operations advisor and designer for companies making decisions on what direction to take for their customers. They are business verticals where they provide monitoring and fix actions for services which they become responsible under contract. I assess business end goals to offer the best approach on delivering the service. Depending on coverage requirements, I help them determine if ‘onsite’ or ‘out sourcing’ is best. This can be in part or the entire scope of an operations center to include its physical build out. ; NOC, SOC, Help Desk, and Call Centers
