He has more than 20 years of experience working with businesses and government on a variety of strategic market issues.  Previously he was a member of the Global Leadership Management Group for Telesis, the strategy consulting arm of Towers Perrin. Kevin's clients included Corning, IBM, Circle K Stores, LaFarge, Touchstone Energy, Fortis, JP Morgan, Baxter, among others. He focused on customer issues, competitive strategy and market entry strategies in US, Asian and European markets.  Kevin also supported the economic development strategy activities of Telesis working on projects in several US states, Panama Canal Commission, and several World Wildlife Fund and Nature Conservancy ecotourism studies in Africa and Oceania. Prior to Telesis, Kevin was Director of Policy for the Governor of Rhode Island where he helped launch the state's Slater Technology Fund.  He is a graduate of Brown University.  brings over a decade of community and organization development to NP. Most recently, she managed demonstration projects in New England for the Orton Family Foundation.  In this role, she designed community selection processes and trained partner communities on the development and implementation of community engagement projects.  She has developed planning methods and tools that focus on citizen engagement, collaborative decision making and local capacity building. Prior to the Foundation, Ariana worked for the Rhode Island Economic Policy Council where she focused on developing a place-centered approach to economic development.  She earned a Masters of Community Planning from the University of Rhode Island and received a bachelor's degree from the College of William and Mary.
