Her focus, knowledge, impeccable credentials and proven experience makes Ann Fox the ideal leader to serve as Nine Energy Service’s President and CEO.  Ann graduated from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service with a Bachelors of Science in Diplomacy and Security in World Affairs. Upon graduation, she joined the private sector as an investment banking analyst in New York. Answering a different call of duty, Ann then joined the Marines, where she served several tours of duty in Iraq on a team that reported directly to General David Petraeus. After Iraq, she completed her MBA from Harvard Business School. With more than two decades of experience in challenging production environments, David Crombie knows what it takes to achieve flawless execution under pressure. He comes to Nine from Crest Pumping Technologies, LLC, which he founded and guided to success as President. Before starting Crest, David was Vice President of Operations and Sales for Pumpco Energy Services, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Complete Production Services (now part of Superior Energy Services). At Pumpco, he oversaw stimulation and cementing services in prolific, unconventional plays throughout the continental United States. And prior to Pumpco, David was employed by Halliburton Energy Services. Since 1994, he has worked in both cementing and stimulation operations in the areas of domestic and international operations, including the Permian Basin, the Fort Worth Basin, Oklahoma, the Gulf of Mexico and Saudi Arabia. President, Production Solutions Bruce Morgan is a major reason why Nine Energy Service is emerging as a leader in innovative production techniques. Now serving as President of Production Solutions, Bruce is a true entrepreneur, whose career spans more than two decades in the oilfield industry. Bruce left Schlumberger and worked for a startup wireline company in West Texas. He then became regional manager for STS Rental and Supply, overseeing operations in West Texas and later, Williston, North Dakota. Bruce started his own company, Peak Pressure Control in 2010, which became a vital part of Nine Energy Service. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer of Total Safety, USA, a global leader in integrated finance solutions, with operations in 165 facilities across 30 countries. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Vopak Americas, a global publicly listed tank terminal company. A Certified Public Accountant, Clinton began his career in auditing with EY and received his CPA in 1994.  He holds an MBA from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s of Business Administration from St. Mary’s University. Ted Moore brings the right blend of corporate expertise and industry knowledge to Nine. Ted spent the last 6 years with C&J Energy Services as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. Joining in 2011, Ted helped prepare and execute C&J’s IPO, as well as manage all public company reporting and compliance after C&J successfully went public. Prior to joining C&J, he practiced corporate law at Vinson & Elkins LLP from 2002 through January 2011, representing public and private companies in capital markets offerings and mergers and acquisitions, primarily in the oil and gas industry. As SVP and General Counsel, Ted will be responsible for all legal guidance and compliance for Nine and working with the leadership team to set the strategy for the company. An engineer by trade, Clair’s impressive 30+-year career has been in the oilfield services industry, where he gained insight and experience in a number of disciplines across the world including operations, sales, marketing, and management. Prior to joining Nine, he spent 25 years with Baker Hughes working on projects in North America, South America, Europe, Russia, and Africa. His last 8 years with Baker Hughes were spent in Canada where Holley oversaw the operations and sales of the wellbore construction product lines. Clair holds a Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering from Montana Tech, and studied Business Management at Thunderbird School of Global Management and Financial Acumen at Mays Business School at Texas A&M.
