Mr. Takamine has over 30 years of international business experience in a number of senior management roles and disciplines. Most recently, Mr. Takamine was President of Nikon Precision Korea from 2008. Mr. Takamine’s extensive experience working with major photolithography customers, as well as his background with key management positions at Nikon and overseas subsidiaries uniquely qualify him for the President and CEO position at Nikon Precision. Mr. Takamine earned an Economics degree from Sophia University in Tokyo, Japan.
Hamid Zarringhalam is Executive Vice President of Nikon Precision. Mr. Zarringhalam first joined Nikon in 1987 after receiving his MBA from the University of San Francisco. In his many years with Nikon, he has served in various senior management capacities in technology, operations, business development, and other corporate groups. He acted as President of Nikon Precision Europe GmbH for several years and maintains a role as Managing Director.
Mr. Yamaguchi joined Nikon Corporation over 30 years ago and he has held positions of increasing responsibility in both engineering and development. He has now brought his technical expertise to Nikon Precision Inc. as Senior Vice President of Engineering Services and Customer Support. Prior to joining Nikon Precision in the U.S., Mr. Yamaguchi served as General Manager of the Development and QA Departments within the Precision Equipment Company in Japan.
Mohamad Zarringhalam is the head of Field technical services, Applications engineering, Supply chain, QA and other product support operations. He received a BS degree from Purdue University and a MS degree from the University of California at Berkeley in Mechanical Engineering. He also earned a MBA from the University of San Francisco. He joined Nikon Precision in 1984 as an Applications engineer and since then has been holding positions of increasing responsibilities.
Mr. Sasaki manages Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology at Nikon Precision, and works on global Nikon initiatives in these areas. Prior to joining Nikon, Mr. Sasaki was with Apple Computer and Deloitte & Touche. He earned an MBA degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and is a California licensed CPA.
Ms. Obinata leads the Nikon Precision Legal Department. She is responsible for the company’s legal work and serves on the management team. She has extensive experience in the areas of commercial and high technology transactions, intellectual property, employment, corporate governance, and export control. Prior to joining Nikon Precision, Ms. Obinata worked as an attorney for over 20 years in the semiconductor industry with Applied Materials, Intel and TSMC. Ms. Obinata was employed as a process engineer before becoming an attorney. She received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara School of Law.

Keita Shogase joined Nikon Corporation in 1980 and has been a part of the Seiki Company for more than 25 years. He has served as the head of international sales for Nikon Precision Inc. and served on the Nikon Tec board in charge of corporate planning. He also held the position of President for Nikon Precision Singapore, before assuming that role in Nikon Precision Europe GmbH in 2009.
