 Nicole Macaron is a macaronerie started by a young baker/philanthropist, Nicole Edelstein. The dream to pursue baking and philanthropy began back in 2011 when Nicole started a charity that raised money for kids battling cancer through the sale of cupcakes called Cupcakes for a Cure. Nicole started Nicole Macaron to further her philanthropic endeavors through the craft of baking. At Nicole Macaron, we are purveyors of the highest quality organic, gluten-free, and sustainably sourced ingredients to create the best macarons made with love. We ship across the U.S and Canada.
