COMPANY INFORMATION Founded in 2016 By Mr. Anton.o Cruz, NGEN Services specializes in commercial, residential and industrial service, maintenance and replacement of HVAC and Refrigeration. Our mission is to minimize downtime and maximize comfort and peace of mind. Our programs are designed to keep your equipment running and to provide long term value. NGEN Services is an open shop. We are licensed and insured in the State of Florida. Mr. Antonio Cruz counts with more than 28 years of experience. His first HVAC-R company was founded in 1993 and operated for 15 years, in addition to that, he was an HVAC-R teacher at IBC in Puerto Rico. In 2005, he moved to Central Florida and started to work as an hvac tech for a private company. Later in 2008, he returned to Puerto Rico, where he began working as the HVAC-R Department Manager for a pharmaceutical company, working with industrial and commercial equipment. Then in 2012, he returned to Central Florida and worked for another private company as an hvac tech but later in 2014 his passion for teaching drives him to found the technical school, CRUZ INSTITUTE. This school offers courses in air conditioning, electricity and electronics. Finally in 2016 y decided to open a new company to service AC (residential, commercial and industrial), NGEN Services LLC. He is currently the CEO for both Cruz Institute and Ngen Services LLC. Karina Morelli is a partner for NGEN Services and helps Antonio Cruz manage the administration at Cruz Institue. She recived her degree in Education in her country of origin, Venezuela. She then moved to Central Florida and adquired 13 years of great customer service skills in the retail and telecomunication industries with two major corporate companies. She worked in sales, administration, and management. Her bilingual skills have been an been an asset for her business relationships and her passion is to always set the right expectations for her clients.
