History of Next Level Excavating Next Level Excavating was founded by Joseph Wallover Jr. who has always had a passion for site construction. Starting in the field as a laborer he quickly gained rank into an equipment operator. After working in the field for 12 years he moved into a project managers position overseeing project budgets and schedules. Following a few years of managing projects Joseph decided to start his own business to offer his expertise to others. With intentions of building a reputable business and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, who we put first. Our extensive background of projects gives us the problem solving capabilities to keep your projects on track and on budget.
