As an alternative to an IP Phone or soft phone provided by us, any landline or wireless phone from any service provider will work. Q. Does nexogy offer a Disaster Recovery Contingency Plan? Q. I have my contact center in 4 countries… will nexogy work? We recommend at least 60 Kbps per phone. A basic regular Internet connection of 6Mbps will work for 10-15 users.
