The company has been awarded many contracts in new construction and renovations by many large contractors and developers in the Baltimore / Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area. New Village Builders holds a Class A Building Contractors License in Virginia and a Certified General Contractors License in Florida. Rosa has been with New Village Builders since it was founded. She is in charge of all Financial matters of the company. She has over 20 years of experience and has worked for large banks in both Peru and the United States. She works closely with the Accountants to make sure all the company’s finances are up to date. Renzo has been with New Village Builders since it was founded. He works alongside the CEO handling all business aspects of the company. He is also in charge of company growth, project cash flow, budgeting, contract management, and estimating. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) Honors degree in Civil Engineering (First Class) from City University of London, UK and; a Master of Science (MSc) in Real Estate (Distinction) from Cass Business School in London, UK, focusing on Real Estate Development, Finance, and Investment. He is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma International Honor Society Recognizing Business Excellence. Gonzalo has been with New Village Builders since 2005.
