Making concepts, reality... Arnold A. Broussard is New Synergy Venture, LLC's principal and manager. He is a graduate of Tulane University and the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a master's degree in business administration. His forty-seven (47) year professional career includes private sector involvements, public service, work with non-profit and religious organizations, and institutions of higher education. He has worked in auditing and consulting capacities with Arthur Andersen & Co. and BCA Watson Rice LLP; financial planning and analysis with McDermott, International; and, has performed a wide range of consulting engagements through his own firm, The Palm Beach Consulting Group, LLC, and as part of joint venture arrangements with several CPA firms. His government service includes serving as Executive Assistant to Mayor Ernest N. "Dutch" Morial of New Orleans, serving as the Secretary of the Louisiana Department of Revenue & Taxation, and serving as a cabinet member of the Governor of Louisiana. His overall experience includes work in such diverse areas as public accounting, management and business consulting, banking, finance, housing, health care, state and local government, offshore construction, real estate, homeowner and community association management, project development and administration, higher education, religious organizations and ministries, investment banking, and administration of not-for-profit organizations. New Synergy Ventures, LLC (NSV) was organzed in 2015. NSV is the embodiment of a market based approach to community economic development, applying private sector tools to addressing the needs of our communities, including job training, employment, skills training, development of affordable housing, providing housing for seniors, entrepreneurship, and individual wealth creation. NSV develops business models for community transformation. NSV is affiliated with The Palm Beach Consulting Group, LLC (PBCG), a business and management consulting firm; and, The Realty Group of the Palm Beaches, LLC (RGPB), a real estate brokerage and consulting firm. PBCG and RGPB apply their respective areas of expertise in support of NSV's community economic development efforts. NSV provides economic opportunities and improves social conditions in our communities. New Synergy Ventures, LLC plans to respond to the Riviera Beach Community Redevelopment Agency's (RBCRA) Request for Proposal/Request for Qualifications (RFP/RFQ) to identify and partner with a Master Developer to redevelop its Marina Village site, which is located at the City of Riviera Beach's municipal marina. The RFP/RFQ was released in February 2018. NSV has assembled a dynamic team of development, planning, design, and construction professionals to respond to this RFP/RFQ and other public/private partnership (P3) opportunities proposed to be solicited by the City of Riviera Beach and other communities. Our Company and Its Operating Philosophy New Synergy Ventures, LLC (NSV) is a multifaceted real estate development and project management company, whose moto is “making concepts, reality.” We believe that communities can rebuild themselves using community resources as the basic building blocks for structuring redevelopment teams. Instead of communities working primarily with outside developers to implement “community benefit programs” as a part of a development project, New Synergy Ventures and its local partners are the "community benefits program." True partnerships with local small and minority businesses are developed and forged into core development teams that are supplemented, as necessary, with outside resources to accomplish a project’s objectives. The delivery of quality, cost effective, and timely projects, using talented and qualified community resources, is NSV’s primary objective. NSV also believes in creating entrepreneurs and investment partners from local community members. We help to develop opportunities for local community members to participate in the progress taking place in their community and to build wealth. Arnold A. Broussard is New Synergy Venture, LLC's principal and manager. Mr. Broussard is responsible for NSV's visioning, and its administrative and operational decisionmaking. He is also the President and Manager of The Palm Beach Consulting Group, LLC (management and business consultants) and The Realty Group of the Palm Beaches, LLC (real estate consulting, brokerage, and advisory services). He holds professional licences in Florida as a Real Estate Broker and as a Community Association Manager.
