To assure the job is done to our customer’s satisfaction, all installation technicians have a minimum of 2 years experience and have been selected and trained for their excellence in tinting. The job will be performed by clean cut, courteous, uniformed technicians who take special care to protect your home or business during installation. Finally, we want to have a lifelong relationship with our customers. We have established solid, long lasting relationships with our customers and over 50% of our new business comes from referrals of those past customers. The window is west facing and the work took 1 hour. New Century went out of their wat to take care of me. The did a great job throughout the whole process. The owner even came out to help as well. I would recomment them to everyone. 5 Stars We had all our window and sliding glass doors treated with window film. David (the owner) came out the week before and answered all our questions. He gave us a great quote (lower than another company). The work was done very well! He was always on time and very professional. We have already recommended his company to 3 friends. The $650.00 price doesn't even include the $100.00 we should get back from Progress Energy. 5 Stars They came out to estimate and brought samples and thoroughly explained the differences. He quoted a price that was $100.00 lower than the other lowest bid for what I believe was equivalent materials and workmanship. Therefore, we were able to use the budget to get film put on two additional windows. They came out when they said they would. They worked quickly - one was the company owner who had given us the estimate. The film looks good and the film is doing what it was meant to do. They were very professional.
