Getting identity right begins here. Ms. Hook has served as Chief Executive Officer since October 2010, as a member of the Board since November 2010, and as President since January 2008. Previously, Ms. Hook served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunrocket, Inc., a voice over IP service provider, held several executive-level posts at America Online, Inc., a web services company, was a partner at Brera Capital Partners, a global private equity investment firm, managing director of Alpine Capital Group, LLC., an investment banking firm, held several executive positions at Time Warner, Inc., a diversified media company, was legal advisor to the Chairman of the Federal Communications Commission, and was a senior attorney at Viacom International, Inc., a diversified media company. Ms. Hook serves on the board of Worldpay Inc. (NYSE: WP), a payment processing firm. Ms. Hook has previously served as Senior Independent Director of RELX PLC (FTSE: RELX) and RELX NV, providers of information solutions, Covad Communications (NASDAQ: COVD), Time Warner Telecom (NASDAQ: TWTC), and National Geographic Ventures. In 2012, she was appointed by President Obama to serve on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC). In recognition of her personal and professional achievements, The Dickinson School of Law and Penn State University honored Ms. Hook as a 2012 Penn State Alumni Fellow. Her non-profit affiliations include being a director of Women in Cable Television (WICT), and Island Press, on the Advisory Board of The Peggy Guggenheim Collection, and Vice Chair on the Corporate Fund Board of the John F. Kennedy Center For The Performing Arts. She is a member of the Committee of 200, an organization of the world's most successful women entrepreneurs and innovators, and the Committee For Economic Development, a business-led public policy organization. Carolyn oversees Neustar's worldwide finance organization that includes treasury, accounting, financial planning and analysis and real estate management. She is a seasoned professional with more than 30 years of experience managing financial operations for information services and consumer packaged goods companies. Carolyn joins Neustar from Strategic Insight, a New York based global asset management company. Prior to that, she was the global CFO of LexisNexis Group, a division of Reed Elsevier. Carolyn guided LexisNexis through its transformation from an offline provider of legal information to a global leader in full workflow solutions to the legal industry. Her impressive track record includes a role as CFO at Frito-Lay (a PepsiCo company) — one of the world’s most admired consumer goods companies. Venkat Achanta is Senior Vice President, Chief Data and Analytics Officer at Neustar, Inc. Venkat is responsible for expanding Neustar’s authoritative identity and attribution platform to find innovative ways to create connected customer experiences across people, places and things. Prior to Neustar, Venkat was Chief Data Officer and Head of the Data and Analytics group at Walmart, where he was responsible for all data and analytics delivery platforms across the company. Venkat has more than 20 years of experience in data science, analytics and enterprise information management. While at Walmart, Venkat spearheaded the data fabric, advanced analytics platforms and decision services groups globally. Prior to Walmart, Venkat was Global Head of Analytics and Big Data at AIG. Venkat has held senior leadership positions with various companies that are noted in the industry for their data and analytics capabilities, including Capital One, where he was Vice President, Enterprise Data Services and Experian, where he was Vice President, Global Product Development and Delivery. Venkat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Andhra University in India and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from UCLA. Mr. Edwards is Senior Vice President of Data Solutions, the department that oversees Neustar’s complex data exchanges and the services that rely on them. In this role, he defines overall strategy, driving innovation through the introduction of new services and solutions to address client and market opportunities. Services overseen by Mr. Edwards include local number portability, order management, and caller ID services as well as domain name registries and Neustar’s online threat intelligence solutions. Prior to this role, he served as Senior Vice President for Carrier Services; specifically overseeing North America carrier sales, management of services and solutions, marketing and channel partnerships for the Service Provider market.
