Netfrate LLC Netfrate History NETFRATE LLC is an independent fully licensed Non-Vessel Operated Common Carrier (NVOCC) and Freight Forwarder (FF) as required by U.S. Federal Maritime Commission The company was born out of bold and passionate ideas of our founder, Mr. Pavel Trubetskoy, whose logistics career began in 1996 at New Jersey office of San-Francisco, California based Fritz Cos. Inc., one of world’s largest customs brokers and freight forwarders at a time, which was later acquired by Atlanta, Georgia based United Parcel Service (UPS). Mr. Trubetskoy was heavily involved in Fritz’s international, namely Eastern European business handling project and containerized shipments of various commodities including oilfield equipment, machinery, consumables and parts for some large globally recognized customers. Frequent trips to Russia and other republics of the former Soviet Union enabled him to gain a firsthand knowledge of logistics and government activities and intricacies involved in conducting business in local operational and regulatory environment. Seeking further professional development Mr. Trubetskoy later joined U.S. branch of one of Denmark’s largest marine transportation service providers, DFDS Group A/S, where he was managing U.S. freight forwarding operations. DFDS was later purchased by DSV A/S creating one of world’s largest logistics and supply chain management service conglomerates. Netfrate LLC opened its first U.S. office in 2004 and began operations under FMC license No. 019066NF. Over the course of the years we have established ourselves as one of the leading operators, not only to Manufacturing exporters & importers, but also to our fellow members of the Freight Forwarding community & major 3PL providers, to whom we offer strict neutrality & the very highest of service standards. Netfrate LLC acts as a core service provider for numerous global blue chip companies. We have provided logistics services and transportation needs to many recognized names such as Shell Petroleum, BASF, Wood Group and others. No project is too big or too small for us. In 2007 auto giant selected Netfrate to arrange multi-modal movement of 400 ocean containers of auto assembly line equipment to their new GAZ Group joint venture manufacturing plant in Nizhny Novgorod, Russia Netfrate’s long-term well established relationships with wide range of air and ocean carriers have been mutually beneficial and formally recognized over the years (see OOCL receives recognition of service excellence from Netfrate LLC Nimble structure and solid balance sheet allow us to quickly respond to ever changing market conditions.
