The owners of BENMAR PROPERTY SOLUTIONS, LLC. both grew up in West Bloomfield, Michigan.  The move to Florida, a long-time goal for these lifetime friends and entrepreneurs was realized shortly after graduation from college.  Mr. Nestor holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interdisciplinary Health Studies and Economics from Michigan State University.  His background is in insurance adjusting and emergency mitigation and restoration with over one million dollars in claims to his credit.  He has superb attention to detail and his experience in the field of insurance adjusting has given him a keen eye for seeing potential problems and fixing them promptly to avoid future damage.  Mark's reputation for customer service, his interdisciplinary approach to settlement with insurers, and his ethical rapport with both clients and contractors continues this company's fine growth in the community.  Mr. Gene holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Columbia University.  After graduating from Columbia Benjamin joined his family's multi faceted general contracting firm in Michigan specializing in renovation and maintenance of thousands of housing units over its 30+ years of business.  Over the course of his three year tenure with his families company, Benjamin rose from field worker to chief project manager, responsible for overseeing and scheduling of over $7 million in renovation and maintenance projects.  Always conscious of budget, quality and bringing jobs in on time, Benjamin has developed an intrinsic sense of clients' needs in every facet of the home management industry.
