Paul directs the Tampa Processing Center and is responsible for Nesco Resource's financial reporting, payroll, billing, credit and collections, and information technology. joined Nesco Resource in November 2009 via Nesco Resource's acquisition of PMH Resources. In his role today, Grant serves Nesco Resource by calling upon a proven track record encompassing over 30 years of direct staffing industry experience at multiple functional and leadership levels supporting Engineering, IT, Clerical, Industrial and Accounting clients as well as Managed Staffing Programs. Grant manages all E&IT/Professional offices east of the Mississippi River and also oversees the Nesco Resource Strategic Recruiting Centers in Lake Mary, Florida; Columbus, Ohio and Heredia Costa Rica, the National Training Center in Lake Mary, Florida; as well as performing and managing a wide variety of Strategic, Operational and Compliance related tasks. As Executive Vice President of Operations, he is responsible for the operational and service delivery activities for Nesco Resource, including VMS service delivery, field recruiting and customer support, contract deliverables, quality management, program management, major client engagement and implementation, 1099 and DoD compliance, and merger and acquisition support. David Lockhart has worked in the staffing industry his entire career entering the business by working at the firm his grandparents owned. That firm, Employers Temporary Service, became ETS under David's tenure as president which grew to 14 branches across 4 states until it was acquired by Nesco in 2013. He brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked at virtually every stage of the business for over 35 years. This included working in recruiting, sales, back office operations, finance and leading acquisitions. He was also a founding member and president of TISL, a workers comp captive group with over 120 member staffing firms. Today, David leads the Nesco Resource Commercial Division, which services customers in sectors such as clerical, light manufacturing, as well as warehouse and fulfillment and more. His leadership of the division comes at a time when the company is expanding is footprint into new geographies.
