Utilizing today's technology to refine and innovate tomorrow's cutting edge products and race engine performance. In the years since its humble beginnings in a three-car garage behind the family home, founder Kris Nelson has moved his business operation three times to its present 4800 sq ft location in Pinellas Park, Florida. The facility contains modern reliable state of the art machining equipment as well as high production CNC machining centers. Designing purpose built custom Drag Race engines competing in NMCA, ORSCA, RTRA, NHRA and various outlaw events have produced many national records and championship wins or our customers. Our customers are key to our success as a result of the ongoing R&D program at Nelson Competition. Producing the reliable power our customers demand insures their success race after race, exceeding all expectations. Here at Nelson Competition Inc. customer service is first priority. Kris Nelson personally attends many of the major racing events and holds regular test sessions specifically to support his customers. Our Parts department is a warehouse distributor for all the major hard core racing product brands.
