Dr. Kristjansson is the founder of NeckCare. He is a physical therapist (BSc) and graduated as manual therapist from Oslo, Norway in 1987 and was acknowledged as specialist in manual therapy in 1991. He finished his PhD in 2004 from the University of Iceland in co-operation with the University of Queensland, Brisbane, Australia about “Investigations into the stability system of the cervical spine”. Dr. Kristjansson is an international expert in neck pain and its related disorders and is renowned for his research work.
