We are Paul Cagle and Holly Parkes owners of Neapolitan Home Watch. We are Naples homeowners since 2003. Paul is retired from law enforcement and a veteran of the Marine Corp. Holly has been in the food business her whole life. Most recently she was a food broker, with her own business, assisting companies in new product development and sales. She has worked with Newman's Own and Cooking Light Magazine to build product lines. Her local passions are building more dog parks in Collier County & active in the Blue Zones Project in Naples.� And most recently joined the Naples accelerator to help build the Florida Culinary Accelerator @Immokalee.� This is a state of the art building where local food people can manufacture products. We are adding on a new employee this year.� Steve and Sue Hartmann were our neighbors in Naperville Illinois for 20 years.� They have finally retired in our paradise, Naples.� Steve asked if he could help us in our business as he likes to keep busy.� He is an IT specialist.� But I recall how he turned his home across the street into the Hartmann arboretum.� �Sue is already volunteering for PAWS and loving it. Neapolitan Home Watch�, LLC checks the overall condition of your home while you're away on vacation or at a second home.� We provide comprehensive home watch services for your condominium, single family residence or any type of real estate.� Our fees are based on the size of your home and individual needs. We can set up an appointment to meet at your home to go over the details and services required. We provide digital reports after each inspection.
