Dara was a teenager when she first joined The Patch from 1995-2000. After 12 years of management and HR experience, she returned as our HR Manager in July of 2012. �I wanted to use my job skills with a company that was family owned and had good core values.� Dara is in charge of hiring our employees and managing the HR functions. When she�s not �changing lives one hire at a time� she loves cooking, music, singing and spending time with her family and pets. Cheryl Rosselle Cyndi grew up shopping at Nature�s Food Patch with her family and joined the team in 2002. �My job changes all the time. I am always upgrading equipment to the latest technology, so I'm always learning new things! I work with so many awesome people through the day and doing so many different things!� Cyndi loves to camp and go to the beach in her free time with her family, including her two puppies!  Mike started at Nature�s Food Patch in 1998. �As a customer before working at The Patch, I could see myself being here, learning about organic foods and making a difference in people's lives. Having worked in many areas of the store, I enjoy the diversity of my current role as Store Manager and Bulk Foods Buyer. I get to interact with the staff, customers and the food on a regular basis. Hobbies include politics, soccer, seeing live music and the beach.� Bill started with Nature�s Food Patch in November 2007. His experience in the natural food industry started in 1992. At The Patch, he sources & purchases wellness products found in our store, inspecting ingredients to be sure new items keep up with our high quality standards. Bill enjoys �helping people achieve their goals in becoming healthier through supplements & diet suggestions.�  Malik traveled all over the world while serving in the army for 5 years. He found The Patch, which he knew was the right place for him. �I wouldn�t be where I want to be if I didn�t work here.� He likes educating himself on new products & of course trying new products. (He�s one of the lucky ones who gets to try new items first!) Avery has been at The Patch since July 2005. She helps manage the Kitchen and Deli departments. Prior to joining our team, she held many management positions in restaurants throughout the Tampa Bay Area. She loves working with unique ingredients and whipping up �healthy and yummy� food. Avery loves working in her garden, listening to live music and cheering for her Tampa Bay Buccaneers! Dina started at The Patch in 2006. She�s an animal lover and loves volunteering at local animal rescues, including a Patch favorite, SAL! She has a dog named Daphne who she rescued. She loves introducing people to new foods. "It brings me joy to share the insight & knowledge I've obtained at The Patch." She likes going to Disney, doing crafts & seeing movies. Joe has been with The Patch since September 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in meat & seafood. He said "my goal as a manager is to introduce new customers to the all-natural way of life and give customers a great variety of grass-fed and organic products." Outside of NFP, he's the lead singer of Row Jomah, a rock band based out of Clearwater, with five of his good friends.  The girl behind Demos to Di For! She�s been around people who love to cook her entire life, which inspired her to pursue cooking. �This is my soulmate job. I�m in great company.� When she�s not cooking up a storm, she�s an artist, biker, kayaker, and mom to her furbaby. �I love my cat. He�s a big deal.� Help Wanted
