Tove (pronounced ‘Two-va') is a native Swedish girl who followed her heart and the love of her life and ended up moving to Florida in 2007 bringing little else but her horse. Moving half way across the globe, Tove gravitated toward yoga to help her find balance and calm in the transition. Discovering the Ashtanga lineage of yoga was like finding home, and Tove fell completely in love with this practice. As she practiced, she realized that not only did yoga make her healthier and stronger, but it also made her a better person.
In 2010, Tove decided to share her love and passion for this ancient tradition with other people by teaching yoga. Tove finished her teacher training at the Native Yoga Center in June 2011 and is thrilled to be part of the Native Yoga family.

Rachael began practicing yoga as a part of her fitness routine in her early twenties as an escape from her demanding work life. After the birth of her son in 2010, she began practicing regularly at The Native Yoga Center, and what started as a fitness routine quickly turned into a passion. Rachael was inspired by yoga’s ability to calm the mind, while physically challenging the body. A daily yoga practice has not only allowed her to achieve balance in her busy life, but has created a desire in her to share its many gifts with others. Rachael began training with Tamara & Todd McLaughlin in 2014 after making a conscious decision to pursue her passion and share it with people seeking the many benefits of yoga. Rachael is a certified 200 RYT instructor, and is currently working towards receiving her 300 & 500 hour certificates. When not on her mat, she enjoys spending time with her son Noah, family and friends, staying active outdoors, and traveling as often as possible.
At Native Yoga Center, she found the exceptional guidance with the harmony of a family studio, which influenced her in 2015 to start the Native Yoga Center teacher training with Tamara and Todd. Through hard work, dedication, and focus to learn the Philosophy and yoga adjustments, she was able to accomplish her dream to help others in finding the peace, calmness, and the healthy lifestyle benefits from yoga.
