National Veterans Benefits Attorneys is a non-profit veterans disability law group focused on providing comprehensive appeals representation to veterans when the VA denies their claim. We are not a VSO, which typically provide assistance through non-attorneys and only within the VA system, nor are we a for profit law firm. Instead, we provide representation by an attorney from the initial claim denial within the VA system through an appeal outside of the VA system in federal court, as a non-profit. We are able to handle appeals at every VA regional office (RO) and before the Board of Veterans Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, which are both in Washington, DC. NVBA is incorporated as a not-for-profit organization in the State of Florida. Although we are headquartered in Daytona Beach, Florida, our coverage is nationwide.
