My best practices in service and performance were developed as a former Licensed Construction Supervisor in Massachusetts and my 30+ years servicing my clients on Cape Cod, MA and Naples FL. I’ve set a higher standard by incorporating innovative technologies and systems which are managed by me personally, along with a number of personally managed maintenance technicians and housekeeping associates. My goal is to not only protect your asset, but also provide customized property management solutions that save my clients time, money, and frustration. Your home or rental property should be a sanctuary free from stress and complication. My focus is earn your trust through an open line of communication that will take away the burden of managing your home from afar. I will be your single point of contact to help you with any need regarding your property. My goal is to exceed your expectations. Regular and periodic inspection of your home can be your greatest ally in protecting your investment. Together, we will help you create a weekly, monthly, or on-demand service package that will fit your needs and budget. Should an item need to be addressed resulting from a maintenance, service, or security need, a status report complete with photos and action plans will be promptly emailed to you for review. I’ve assembled a number of reputable service providers to remedy any issue and if resolved quickly, both damages and potential claims can be mitigated.
