Learn more about our company: Kristen, a Chicagoland native, has been a small business owner and avid real estate investor for years. Before turning her focus full-time to the vacation rental business, despite gender bias, she earned extensive experience building and growing a full-service residential remodeling and custom home building business in Chicago’s affluent North Shore suburbs. Her early career working in Japan gave her an incredible perspective on delivering impeccable service. Vincent, born in Long Island, New York, has lived in Naples, Florida since he was an infant. He recently graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with specializations in marketing, sales and customer service. He is a proud Italian-American and has a strong enthusiasm for community work, particularly when it comes to working with disabled citizens. Vincent has an eye for customer service. He specializes in communication, team building, and product development. The resident “class clown”, Vincent has a way of using his charisma and charm to make co-workers and customers laugh. Vincent has experienced all the great scenery and entertainment that Naples has to offer. His favorite place in Naples is Vanderbilt Beach where he enjoys the Gulf of Mexico and jet skis. Vincent’s outgoing personality and perspective on delivering great customer service helps keep your vacation worry free, and most of all FUN! Maria Isabel Martinez is originally from the country of Spain. She has been a resident of the beautiful Naples, Florida for 10 years. Before becoming a real estate agent, she worked in corporate accounting and in the health the care industry. As a REALTOR, Maria Isabel has developed experience, knowledge and expertise in the different real estate areas. Either working with buyers or sellers, Maria Isabel is here to guide the clients to achieve their goals and reach their real estate dreams. Moreover building a business relationship based on Trust and Confidence is an essential element for her. Romina was born in Lima, Peru but raised in Naples, FL since the age of 6. She is passionate about helping others and volunteering at the local Humane Society. Growing up near the ocean has made the beach her favorite place to go, especially Vanderbilt beach, where she enjoys a beautiful sunset in the company of her friends and family. Her past experience in customer service helps Anabel to work directly with customers, making sure every single one of their needs is met in order to find the perfect vacation home. Jill, Cindy and Tuesday are dedicated to keeping our vacation rental properties in tip-top shape. From cleaning the vacation rentals both before and after your stay, to delivering and setting up baby gear for our youngest visitors, to making sure the cable or satellite TVs & high-speed internet connection, pool heaters and all other equipment are in good working order for your stay.
