The NanoSpective Team The founders of NanoSpective have collaborated on academic and industrial projects since 1994. This partnership was formalized in January of 2003 when NanoSpective was incorporated. The management team and staff of NanoSpective have experience in both industry and academic materials science applications. Each of the three principals is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and hold advanced degrees in Materials Science, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, and Chemistry. Collectively, the scientists at NanoSpective have areas of expertise in Materials Science, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering and Chemistry. Headquartered at the University of Central Florida’s Research Park in Orlando, FL, NanoSpective is in its 9th year of operation. In addition to NanoSpective’s internal facilities, the scientists also work with advanced characterization equipment housed in various satellite facilities including but not limited to the Materials Characterization Facility at the University of Central Florida, the Major Analytical Instrumentation Facility at the University of Florida, the Nanotechnology research and Education Center at the University of South Florida and the Analytical Instrumentation Facility at North Carolina State University. Working closely with faculty at universities around the country provides NanoSpective a nationwide network of scientific expertise. NanoSpective specializes in materials science with special emphasis on nanoscale materials characterization.
