Mr. Deus has personally overseen the development and acquisition of many projects on behalf of several investment partnerships. Additionally, Mr. Deus has been involved in brokering the sale of numerous real estate projects in the Southeast Florida region as a realtor with Majestic Properties. Utilizing his experience and attention to detail in real estate sales and investment, coupled with his enormous network in the Miami Real Estate community, Mr. Deus launched Nahomi Group and has quickly propelled the group to being one of the top producing teams in South Florida. Mr. Evans Deus has been active in luxury hotels and real estate for several years. His extensive experience includes serving as Senior Sales Consultant for the Ritz-Carlton, Marriott and Autograph Collection hotels. Mr. Deus earned the honor of number one salesperson in 2009 and the prestigious top earning salesperson award every year for three consecutive years based on the highest cumulative sales. Currently, Mr. Deus serves as Vice President of Nahomi Group, Co-Owner of Beyond Care Center Inc. and Vice President for Transition Investment Group. Mrs.Colzie works in several capacities at Nahomi Group, covering a broad spectrum of commercial real estate services. Mrs.Colzie began her real estate career at Transition Investment Group as an administrative assistant supporting the company real estate investment division. She also worked as a marketing assistant supporting Transition’s marketing efforts. These varied roles required a multitude of skills, and Mrs.Colzie duties at Nahomi Group includes the production of marketing materials, bids and proposals, research documentation, data collection and management, preparation of presentations and coordination of brokerage and property management operations. With over 14 years experience she continues to learn and grow in this real estate market. Ms.Felix is energetic, enthusiastic, honest and sincere and always ready for a challenge. Ms.Felix wears several “hats” within Nahomi Group, such as but not limited to Sales Director, Marketing Director, Transaction Manager, and much more.
