Who we are Our mission at MZ Dance Company is to nurture and prepare passionate dancers of all ages and backgrounds with a professional classical dance education. We strive to instill a love of the art of dance in a safe, creative, high quality studio environment. Our unique program offers comprehensive Ballet training where students will participate in an original story ballet each year. We offer Graham, Horton and Limon Modern dance classes that are usually only offered at the collegiate level and fully prepare dancers for a career in dance. We fully encourage that dancers receive a well-rounded education so we are equally passionate about all other styles of dance! Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop etc. are all important to a dancer’s repertoire. Our adult dancers are a huge part of our company as well, as we offer a continuation of our dance program after High School graduation and onwards, as we believe you are never too old to dance! MZ Dance company is a non-competitive school and will create two full productions a season. We also are very community minded and will take local opportunities to perform and share our passion and talent whenever we can! Whether that be at Festivals, Galas, or Parades, our dancers love to give back and be active in our community. We are invested in creating a whole well-rounded person, because who you are as a person is encouraged just as much as your talent is here at our studio. We are a non-discriminatory company and pride ourselves of accepting and loving our dancers from all different backgrounds and ability levels.
