The Discovery Session is a free 30 minute one on one session that introduces you to the Myndguru Hypnosis Coaching experience. It gives us the opportunity to get to know each other a little bit and decide together if your particular goal is a good fit for online hypnosis coaching. If someone is seeking coaching for a medical/mental health issue I require that their medical/mental health provider approves of hypnosis coaching before service is provided. My coaching is provided only as a compliment to medical/mental health treatment.
