Who is My RideShare Team (MRST)? We are a Management Consulting company set up to help people wanting to earn extra money to realize their dream of being their own boss driving part-time for Uber and Lyft. Utilizing the Uber and/or Lyft platform, My RideShare Team identifies those drivers who: My RideShare Team (MRST) will assist new drivers in submitting an application to be approved to drive on the Uber and/or Lyft platform. Once approved, MRST will enter into an independent contractor agreement with each new driver/business owner. My RideShare team offers new part-time drivers a world class specialized rideshare internet training course supplemented by the specialized MRST  “Drive with a Purpose” rideshare driver training provided throughout the two year contract period. This MRST specialized rideshare driver training program was designed to enable our new drivers to maximize their earnings by working “smart” rather than just working hard. Of course, hard work, determination and perseverance play a major role in determining the ultimate success of any new rideshare driver/business owner. The benefit. of signing on with MRST is the added value of specialized driver mentoring and the MRST “Drive with a Purpose” training program which is ongoing during the entire two year contract period. These training sessions are designed to reinforce and embed the core principles necessary to maximize driver earnings. The first training session teaches Fast Start strategies which will enable our brand new drivers to outperform other rideshare drivers with more experience, just not the right experience. MRST”Drive with a Purpose” training requires driver feedback, interaction and details on each days earnings. MRST will monitor new driver performance and make adjustments to ensure optimum results, We always inspect what we expect. In the rideshare driving business, you don’t get a second chance to make a good first impression. Each rideshare passenger is observing your performance and judges your skills as a driver. After your passenger is dropped off, they are requested by Uber and Lyft to rate you from five stars for outstanding driving down to one star for poor driving . Uber and Lyft expect your driver rating to be at a minimum no less than 4.6 stars,  As stated previously, the comprehensive MRST training program includes a five  (5) part rideshare driver self-study instruction course. Each of the five modules is designed to get the new rideshare driver launched on a course to maximize earnings. The MRST “Drive with a Purpose” training program includes eight modules presented to drivers every three (3) months. MRST knows that when their drivers complete and  master the training course  “Maximizing Rideshare Profits” that they will have the knowledge and skill-set to get the highest “five star” ratings from their passengers from the start of their new rideshare driver career. MRST provides one final, very important benefit to our driver/business owners. That benefit is 24/7 support when you need it most. Uber has a help phone number, Lyft has yet to implement such a driver benefit. This final MRST benefit is real time driver field support consultations. Real time field support means the MRST driver is never alone, no matter what the day or the time is – MRST 24/7 driver support is always available via a text message or from a personal phone call. Pele, perhaps the greatest player to ever play the game of Soccer, said this about his success as a player: “Success is no accident. Just about Everything. Naming a business is a lot like laying the cornerstone of a building. Once it’s in place, the entire foundation and structure is aligned to that original stone. If it’s off, even just a bit, the rest of the building is off, and the misalignment becomes amplified. Every time it is spoken by your customer, it reinforces to them who you are as a Company. So why did we name our company My RideShare Team? Our Company was founded on the Vision of providing monetary start-up financing, skilled financial management and world class training to aspiring Entrepreneurs who dream of starting their own business.
