My experience in Real Estate began 19 years ago renting a house to San Ramon de Alajuela to some customers from England. I have sold, and rented properties throughout the Costa Rican territory. My main job has been to attract national, american and european clients to sell properties anywhere in the country. My area of expertise are residential properties and lots. I know very well how the real estate market in Costa Rica works. I consider myself not only a seller but a real estate agent, with sufficient criteria to give the best advice to my clients. I have sold properties to foreigners from the United States, Canada, England, Switzerland, France, Germany, Russia, Puerto Rico, Cuba, Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Panama and of course Costa Rica.
