Responsible for all aspects of management and the daily operation of MVP Consulting Plus, Inc., a company that, in ten years, has grown from a one person shop to a company with over 200 full-time employees and contractors. Responsibilities include corporate strategy development, performance, negotiations, legal transactions, purchasing, cost analysis, quality control, and investments. I also provide leadership and direction for the company’s employees, direct the work of all personnel and assess employee performance. In addition to my overall management responsibility for operations, I am also personally responsible for all financial management/P & L for the company. I have not seen any IT consulting company who had shown the same quality and professionalism as delivered by MVP in and around Capital region.I feel MVP is a very supportive employer and they really take care of us.
