Harry “Bud” Murray was a lifelong resident of East Liverpool, Ohio.  At the young age of 16 he began his life’s work in the trucking and transportation business.  Bud would haul coal in the winter and in the summer hauled loads of roofing.  He founded Murray Trucking at its original headquarters in Chester WV and later expanded the business to its’ present location in East Liverpool, Ohio with other terminals in New Martinsville WV., Lorain, Ohio and Newell WV. Today, Murray Trucking encompasses other subsidiary companies including ACE Freight Lines, H & F Trucking, Murray Transportation Services and Murray Leasing. Boasting one of the best-maintained fleet of trucks in the valley, The Murray Group is composed of Murray Trucking and two affiliate companies, H&F Trucking of Newell, West Virginia, and Ace Freight Lines of Youngstown Ohio. We are in the heart of the tri-state area serving a wide radius which includes the state of Ohio and reaches into all states that border on Ohio. Two additional terminals located in New Martinsville, West Virginia, and Newell, West Virginia place our trucks well proportioned over the area we serve.
