Pat's sales and marketing expertise has allowed Mulcahy & Associates to greatly increase the sales of previously established products from a number of nationally known manufacturers. Pat's knowledge and skill in waterworks specifications lead end-users and distributors alike to call upon her for help in solving engineering problems. Pat's philosophy of quality service has resulted in solid relationships with every major waterworks distributor in Florida. She has built a company that distributors, end users, and manufacturers recognize as one of the nation's leading waterworks manufacture's representatives. Tom's specialty is municipal waterworks and engineering consultant specification work involving such products as restraint devices for PVC piping systems, pipeline hot tapping, and pipeline design.  Tom concentrates on the development of distributor sales for the company and works throughout the state to ensure that the manufacturer's products are well represented. Born in Anniston, Alabama ands raised in New Jersey; Tom is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University in Madison, New Jersey. Tom's wife Pat, is the founder and president of Mulcahy & Associates, Inc. is a manufacturer's representative sales firm specializing in the municipal water and sewer pipeline market."
