After graduating, Peer launched his career with a national firm in England where he remained for two years. Upon returning to the U.S., Peer joined an international consulting firm in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, and in 1997 was transferred to West Palm Beach as a Director. Since 1997, Peer has run a MSI, a National IT consulting and solutions firm and since 2008 his energy has been focused on the implementations of mobile solutions for our client base. Christopher’s passion for tech started shortly after graduating from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and studying abroad at Uxbridge University England. In 1991 he was hired by Innovative Technology to analyze emerging technologies and research implementation requirements. While with I.T. he took on the role of identifying, developing and supporting new technology, which led to the role of senior management and accounts collaboration; finding the best solutions and strategies for the company’s future. Meeting up with his College Roommate (Peer) years later, who also had a 13 year background and passion in tech; the two realized the future of business tech was going mobile, and MSI was founded A native of Ceara, Brazil, Leo transitioned to the US at a very early age and quickly fell in love with unending opportunities provided by technology and world wide web. He received his Masters in Business of Art & Design from Maryland Institute College of Art. Leo has a unique ability of combining his creative mind set with the power of technology to come up with innovative business solutions. At MSI, Leo heads up our Mobile Development team and plays a vital role in the user experience and management of many projects. “The need to focus on technology and the web for businesses will become as essential as electricity. Not only users will continue to push apps to do more, but to continue to be seamless, and be a step ahead of them.” He attended Valencia State College and the University of Central Florida earning degrees in Technology and Business and has carried a Certified Scrum Master for over 2 years. In addition, he worked for Fortune 500 companies including Walt Disney World and GE. Humberto brings a vast experience in technology to the table having software development in experience in over 10 industries including: tourism, finance, education, travel, insurance, logistics, emergency services, transportation, law, real-estate, photography. Humberto has been invited as a speaker at various university including VSC, UCF, and FMU MBA program to speak about the business of technology. He is an active advisory committee member of Valencia State College school of Business, Technology, and Interactive design. Tom was born in the great state of NY and raised in Sunny South Florida. He received his BSBA and MBA from the University of Central Florida in Business Management and Financial Models. Tom began his career in the Telecommunication industry where he spent 12 years, beginning in a sales role and quickly vaulting into various Business Development, Client Management and Consulting roles. In 2012, following his passion, he made the jump into the software and mobile development world and now wears many hats from Business Analysis and Development to Project Management. “I was always amazed with the rise of the mobile device and the unending possibilities that having a powerful computer in the palm of your hand opens up.
