My vision is to take all the things I have learned over the last 20 years of being an entrepreneur to help others avoid the same mistakes I have made and build some warriors out of all of us, including myself. I’ve been happily married to my wife, Holly since March of 2005. In mid 2012, we were blessed with our beautiful daughter, Annalise Rayna who brings much joy to our lives. In Feb 2015, we recieved our little Exployer, Lincoln David who was even born on Abraham Lincoln Birthday and we had named him 2 years prior which is so cool. We are now be the perfect American God given dream of 2.5 kids. (The dog counts as .5) LOL I’ve been involved in several businesses over the years but my first ever was being a lawn guy. I was 16 years old and bought a trailer some equipment and got to work, which I built to 4 employees plus myself performing everything from sod, irrigation, tree work, lawn maintenance with over 100 monthly clients and a 6 figure income by the time I was 18 and graduated high school in 2002. During this time I got involved in construction and learning about the Real Estate investing arena. I took on a partner in 2004 performing construction and even doing some storm chasing. We had around 20 guys and did hundreds of roof and construction jobs but during this time I started “Bird dogging” for investors, getting my feet wet in the flipping world. In 2006 I wholeselled over 200 properties and was involved in 4 flips, while still doing construction and landscaping. I later phased out my landscaping business as I lost control and focus of it, which was a big mistake as it fizzled to nothing and I just ended up losing it, never getting anything out of it in the end. (One of my first business learning lessons) I did some misc work, mlm, sales stuff for a few years like insurance, cars, ext… during 2007 and 2008 but then was reintroduced again to Real Estate investing and the World of Currency trading. In 2009 I went into my own live account trading and started helping other investors with their projects. In 2010, I went into full time investing in Real Estate and Currency trading but later crashed hard in both, losing everything again. In 2011 I started rebuilding my name for helping other investors in their projects and helping them sell, then later that year getting my Real Estate license and flipping my own first couple of projects. By the end of 2011 I was in the top 50 agents in my area, the #1 agent at my agency and in the top 5% nationwide. In 2012 I was up to flipping pretty heavy and by the end of the year we had flipped around 20 properties and performed over 100 real estate transactions becoming in the top 2% of Realtors nationwide, #1 in my agency and in the top 10 in my whole area. In 2015 We started ramping up again bringing on some team members and agents. We kept around the same in flipping as the market was increasing and less and less good deals were avaialble and put our focus on building a Real Estate company but in early 2016, I felt a strong impression to not keep moving forward as we were starting to gain momentum. So, I stopped dead in my tracks and let go of the Realtors, team members we had (setting them up with good opportunities), shut down our credit repair, construction and flipping. Gave all the money back to investors and put 100% focus on my trading and individual agent services. While still performing over 100 transactions that year, a couple of flips, our trading started doing better and we made over 125% in 2016 in our trading which is incredible numbers. Late 2016 we decided to move our family and base of operations to Myrtle Beach, SC. and I let the one agent I had kept take over my local Realtor services in Lakleand, FL where I was born, raised and lived for over 20 years. We then started a new team (while still managing Lakleand) in Myrtle Beach, taking on 2 partners and starting our very own Brokerage. We also started some coaching and training in Business, Real Estate and Currency trading. We now offer training and coaching in the Realtor and Trading World and while we are very small and having humble beginnings, were seeing some great results. Life if a journey and I’m here for the ride. I most certainly don’t have it all figured out but strive to learn something new daily but not only as a business man but a father, spouse and servant. THIS IS MY MISSION: “To empower Entrepreneurs who want to change the status quo, change their life, family and business while impacting the World in a positive way with Knowledge and Resources to move us all forward.” I love this guy, he introduce me to the world of Currency trading and I've dove in. Were now making money on our own... From building our home to investing our money, we have seen good returns, great products and very good communication... Jordan took me from being a police officer and knowing nothing about real estate to doing over 30-40 deal my first year... I've been in the rental and flipping business for years and Jordan has been my #1 Realtor, buyer and Friend... I love this guy, he introduce me to the world of Currency trading and I’ve dove in. Were now making money on our own and doing deals with him, so excited about the growth ahead. From building our home to investing our money, we have seen good returns, great products and very good communication. Couldn’t be happier and to do it with an extremely trustworthy person. I was always intrigued by the world of flipping but didn’t know where to get my hands wet first and Jordan stepped in and gave me the opportunity to invest and know more about the flipping world. Not only was I able to do some great flips, he has help me build a small portfolio and get my money working for me.
