As senior beauty coordinator with MPACT BEAUTY, Micheline trains licensed cosmetologists and salons about the latest cutting and coloring techniques. Her training takes her throughout the southeastern portion of the United States as far south as Florida, Georgia and up to the Baltimore, D.C. area nationally. She has taught at international venues such as Brazil and Martinique. Micheline has also been featured in local and national news publications such as, Black Hair Sophisticate and Modern Salon and well as Universal Salon Magazine. Micheline’s dedication and determination do not stop at M Salon 1, as she extends her time, service, and commitment to empower others throughout the community. Some affiliates include, but are not limited to: Alpha House (Teen Pregnancy) and Metropolitan Ministries (Homelessness). She also encourages students to seek knowledge and inspiration relevant to cosmetology by speaking at local high schools. Micheline is also the executive coordinator of Mane Stream Hair and Beauty Expo where she overseas day to day operations.
