MP Property Management, Inc. has been licensed as a real estate agent in the State of Florida since 1993 and have 4 years of commercial property management experience in the South Florida market. Prior to joining MP Property Management, Inc., she was a Realtor-Associate with The Doran Jason Group for 10 years, and six years later she created and headed the Property Management Division. Experienced with the sales and leasing of industrial and commercial properties, the construction and development of shopping centers, to condominium warehouses and land development. In 1998 Kennedy-Wilson awarded her with The Deal Maker Award. She is also active with sales and leasing of commercial and industrial space in the Miami-Dade County - West-Airport/Doral area. As property manager she handles the day-to-day operations of the property management business and is always available to answer concerns and inquiries. As manager she is responsible for overall property performance. Responsibilities include property staffing, property owner relations, budget control, and generally maintaining and enhancing the value of the community.
