John Morrow has launched and grown a number of technology companies. In 2006, he founded Morrow Consultants, which works with clients to evaluate and implement machine intelligence technology in their systems and products. Prior to establishing Morrow Consultants, John served as CEO of Morrow Technologies Corporation, which he co-founded in 1984. The company’s microwave division, which was acquired in 2006, was known as an innovator of RF and microwave signal analysis equipment. Included among its customers were the U.S. Army, FCC, NSA, Intelsat, Echostar and NBC. The Janus division is a premier supplier of networked digital signage systems. For over thirty years, and with thousands of customers worldwide, Janus has continued to be the market leader in hotels, convention centers, casinos, government facilities, and corporate headquarters. Prior to founding Morrow Technologies Corporation, John served as president of MCED, Inc., a firm specializing in automation systems. The company was a prime contractor to Disney on the original EPCOT Center construction project at Walt Disney World in Orlando in the early 1980s. Intelligent machines are becoming an important component of the competitive advantage of many companies. We already see the influence of machine learning as the underlying technology driving an increasing number of marketing and business applications. Machine learning technology is also becoming crucial in applications such as internet-of-things, cyber security and predictive maintenance. Our clients come to us when they recognize a need to leverage this technology in their own organization. We work with them to evaluate and implement machine learning into their systems and products.
