I have over 27 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, children and families in service, teaching, guidance and ministry. I am highly skilled in working with diverse populations and possess a creative style that helps individuals find the power and strength from within to reach their full potentials. I work with people of all ages and in various stages of life. I also have experience in working with couples preparing for marriage. I am trained in the FOCUUS inventory which is designed to help engaged couples appreciate their unique relationship, learn more about themselves, and discuss topics important to their lifelong marriage. Whether you come to therapy for alleviation of symptoms, deeper self-understanding or to get help responding to an internal or interpersonal conflict, therapy can help facilitate your inherent capacity for growth and resilience.
