Curt Stoelting joined Roadrunner in January of 2016 as President and COO. He has extensive public company executive leadership experience through his role as CEO at RC2 Corporation (2003 - 2011) and Tomy International (2011 - 2013) over the past 15 years. Mr. Stoelting has extensive knowledge in consumer products, brand and channel management, global sourcing and logistics. With a strong track record of driving long-term Sales and EBITDA Growth (11% CAGR @ RC2), he has helped lead acquisitive, leveraged growth-oriented companies across many corporate leadership positions including CFO, COO and CEO . Mike Gettle joined Roadrunner in 2016 as Executive Vice President and is now the President and Chief Operating Officer. Prior to joining the Roadrunner team, he held leadership positions at market-research firm TNS, multinational WPP plc, where he served as Americas CEO and Global CFO. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gettle was the Global CFO of sister firm Millward Brown where he helped the company expand from $200M to $1B through 29 acquisitions, becoming one of the most profitable and respected global research firms. Mr. Gettle has an extensive professional background in finance, operations and leadership of people-oriented, data intensive, geographically dispersed businesses. He has demonstrated consistent results in both high growth, acquisitive and turnaround environments. Terry Rogers joined Roadrunner in May 2017 as the Chief Financial Officer with extensive public company and private equity experience at Ryerson. He has most recently served as CFO of Heico, a holding company for a diversified portfolio of over 35 businesses in manufacturing, construction and industrial services. Mr. Paulson has exceptional knowledge of all functional HR areas and has shown a strong track record of partnering with business leaders to improve employee deployment and development.
