JC Morgan Company was founded by Jack Morgan, Jr., MAI, in 1980. Morgan has been actively involved in nearly all phases of commercial valuations, including analytical, personal investment and development standpoints. Having held the office of president in both organizations, Morgan has been active in the NC Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and the Carolina’s Chapter of the Counselors of Real Estate (CRE). Cal Morgan, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS manages the firm’s overall operations to provide superior valuation and consulting services to our clients. He remains current on and involved in the appraisal and related industries on a local and state level. Cal is an advocate for the appraisal profession and the immeasurable value it provides to both the public and its direct users. Our firm has over 70 years of combined experience of real estate appraisal, review and consulting services. We have provided our services for financing, eminent domain, property tax appeals, litigation support and other purposes, as required.
