Like many other construction companies, Morgan Constructors had a humble beginning and while we have grown our business, we intend to remain above all, humble. Over 50% of our current employees have been with us over ten years, so to us these people are not only valuable employees, they are also family. As the chief executive officer of Morgan Constructors, LLC., Patti has more than 30 years of experience in project management and commercial construction. She has worked in 17 states and more than 40 cities across the United States. A native of Chicago, Patti earned a bachelor’s degree in construction management at Purdue University. Prior to co-founding Morgan Constructors, LLC., Dwight Morgan, Jr. was the Division President for Skanska USA Building Inc., formerly Beers Construction. In this role, Mr. Morgan was responsible for managing five business units. Dwight, who has over 40 years of construction experience, was raised in Opelika, Alabama, and is a graduate of Auburn University, where he obtained a bachelor’s degree in building science. Kent has been with the Morgan team since the beginning and has been an integral part of the growth of the company. One of his greatest strengths is his attention to detail and ability to build complicated, design driven projects. Kent is a graduate of Elon University and has over 35 years of experience in all types of commercial construction. With a construction management degree from Purdue University, Todd has been with Morgan since 2008 and is based in Atlanta. He has managed a wide range of project types in over seven states and owned his own construction business before joining Morgan. Sparger has over 30 years of commercial construction experience. Tim will manage the Midwest office for Morgan and has worked in the commercial construction business throughout the Midwest for over 30 years. O’Bryan, a graduate of the construction management program at Purdue University brings a strong background in estimating and company management to the team. WELCOME TO MORGAN CONSTRUCTORS
