Steve has a Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate (1975), is extremely active in many local organizations including the Bellingham Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman of the Board), Whatcom Economic Development Council, Washington Software Alliance, Building Industries Association (Local, State and National Director), Past Commodore of both the Bellingham Yacht Club and the Wheel & Keel Boating Club, member of both the VFW and American Legion, 101st Airborne Vietnam Veteran, and was a finalist for Business Pulse’s Business Person of the Year for 1992. focuses on Commercial Real Estate Sales, Purchases and Leasing. Dick received his AA from Yakima Valley College, his BA from Central Washington University and his post graduate work in public administration at Western Washington University.
