That's very important to us as Penelope is epileptic. More than 100% satisfied. Twice she has helped me last minute! Great customer service. And also nice to find someone who knows how to groom Chinese Cresteds! We have a meticulously clean environment and provide nothing but the most superior service with our full attention on your and only your pet at all times during our grooming process Most Grooming Salons groom many pets at the same time. How would you like to be trapped at a shop for hours, surrounded by crying cats, barking dogs, and loud phones and dryers? We are also sure you do not want your dog to be treated without care; they are usually handled by many different, perhaps even inexperienced people in an assembly line fashion.
