Our Philosophy As a family owned school, Monarch Children’s Academy (MCA) is committed to providing the highest quality care and best educational experience to the children in our community. We believe each child is unique and has different learning styles, so it is our philosophy to utilize a balance of child-initiated and teacher-directed activities throughout the day. Monarch Children's Academy is a daycare and child care facility in Orlando, Florida. We provide a convenient child care location for residents in  , Florida. We are proud to serve the East Orlando metro and help our local children in getting the best care and child development skills. On any given day at MCA you will see children painting, cutting and exploring their classrooms, while other children are climbing, balancing, and playing on our playgrounds. Each classroom provides a print-rich environment to support the children's abilities in both spoken and written language. Children learn by doing and the teachers actively facilitate communication and conflict resolution between children. At MCA, we use a combination of curriculums, including the High Reach Learning Program, to provide our children with a well balanced educational background. When children exit our program, they are prepared for a successful educational career. This is evidenced by our exceptional VPK readiness scores.
